Diversified employs a full staff of provisioning and support representatives who serve as outsourced IT Department/Telecom Manager for our clients, without being on the customer's payroll. We bring our clients both administrative and technical support that complements the service and support obtained from their chosen carrier. Diversified support representatives are not in lieu of the service our clients obtain from their carrier, but in addition to. Our administrative and technical support representatives are at our customer's disposal to provide a level of service no carier alone can match and to ensure our clients' total satisfaction.

Diversified administrative support begins with a first invoice call, at which time we compare the original proposed offering the client chose from Diversified to the actual first invoice received from thier selected telecom provider. At this time we illustrate where all commitments made have come to fruition on the bill, and are able to provide immediate evidence that their chosen solution was a profitable one.

Diversified's administrative support continues in a proactive manner with a quarterly review. This is a unique service Diversified provides to its clients whereby we contrast the customer's current pricing with the most current pricing available in the industry at that time. We are able to negotiate great flexibility fo terms in advance for our customers, and this flexibility, combined with our quarterly reviews, ensure that our clients always stay industry price competitive. No other carrier in the industry provides this type of service.

Diversified customers obtain a great deal of value from the reactive support our administrative representatives provide. Our admin reps will handle any customer adds, moves, or changes that might arise though the course of our customers' business. They are at our customer's disposal to address any billing questions. The service we provide here is not limited to only products purchased from Diversified. The primary role of an administrative support representative is to be a single call solution to any and all customer questions or issues. All of the headaches that the typical business customer does not have time or patience for, can now be handed off to Diversified, where a tenured telecom representative will obtain the results our clients demand and can be held accountable for these results. By using this service, our client's businesses become more efficient as employees can spend their time doing revenue generating activities while they leave telco responsibilities to Diversified. Diversified offers its customers technical support that is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to troubleshoot or resolve technical issues on behalf of it's clients. Our technical support simply complements that of the customer's chosen provider and is not in lieu of the carrier's own technical support. Diversified customers have the option to open and work tickets themselves, or utilize Diversified's technical support team to open tickets and work them to resolution on their behalf. Although every Diversified customer is able to work their trouble tickets or technical changes through their respective carrier on their own, it is a true testament to the technical acumen and results our technicians provide when we can say that close to 100% of our customers choose to engage Diversified for all of their tyechnical support needs.
