Diversified technical provisioners begin by completing technical surveys with new customers. Our provisioners will provide this technical blueprint of the client's configuration in writing to the underlying carrier. We continue by monitoring the design and implementation of the customer’s solution with the carrier. This diligence, or "hand holding" of every customer order ensures proper design and transparency of transition where others fail.

Diversified technical provisioners will then provide the end user with weekly status updates as to the progress of their orders. They will coordinate and schedule turn up with the business contact, technical contact at the end user’s site, Regional Bell Company and respective telecommunications carrier in order to conduct a smooth transition to the new provider.
